In addition to making sure your home is safe and taken care of, we know there are certain things that can make your time here more enjoyable and stress free. With that in mind, Nextdoor Neighbor Homewatch offers a variety of Concierge Services.

 

Allow us to provide some additional tasks for you while you are away.

• Accept packages while you are away

• Accept furniture delivery

• Meet or arrange for any contractor to do an estimate on your home needs

• Airport pick up or delivery upon arrival or at departure

• Meet guests, realtors or movers at home

Keyholder

Nextdoor Neighbor HomeWatch will coordinate with licensed and insured Contractors from our preferred vendor list for all your home needs. We will meet the contractor while you are away, oversee the project and confirm the finished work.

 

Handyman Services

Nextdoor Neighbor Homewatch can provide any simple handyman work, such as changing batteries or bulbs to replacing door handles to airing tires in your car if you should need it while you are away.   You can rely on Nextdoor Neighbor Homewatch to provide home maintenance and repair and/or provide the appropriate partner if it is out of our certified services.

 

Emergency Alarm Response

Nextdoor Neighbor will work with your Alarm Company as Key Holders of your Property. Emergency Alarm Response shall be from 7 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week, during the term of the Contract. Your alarm company will be contacting us and we will prioritize an emergency visit to you property. We will communicate with you on next steps depending on the situation.

 

Rental Property Management

With our Rental Property Management Services, Nextdoor Neighbor Homewatch can help you get connected with great renters.  We can meet and greet your renters on site upon arrival for home walk thru.  We can be a liaison during the negotiation process.  Our company can provide a professional cleaning company in between renters and provides after-hours and emergency maintenance support when you need it.
