Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30.  This area can experience a range of tropical depressions, tropical storms, hurricanes, and major hurricanes (Category 3 or greater). • Start prep services once a confirmed storm is coming to our area

• Communicate with homeowners to approve services

• Share any videos/photos to homeowners to assure its completion

Pre-storm:

• Closing accordion shutters, installing hurricane panels, or coordinating with contractors to board up your home, depending on what type of hurricane shutters you have

• Bringing inside or securing objects that may become airborne

Post-storm:

• Doing a 5-point check

  1. Check for physical damage

  2. Check for water intrusion

  3. Check for operational AC systems

  4. Check for electrical issues

  5. Check for Wifi capabilities

• Coordinating with your insurance company, contractors, or property adjusters to assess your property if there is damage

• Returning all objects back to their appropriate place
