At Nextdoor Neighbor Homewatch, we want to provide a convenient service for our customers.  When it is time for you to return home, we want to provide you with a service that prepares your home for your arrival.  Maybe its to have the place cleaned or the refrigerator stocked, but we want to take the pressure off of your arrival.  At the same time, when you leave your home, we want to help you close down and secure the place in your absence.  Whether it is for a a few weeks or even a few months, we can make sure everything is secure and closed.

 

WELCOME HOME

Nextdoor Neighbor's Welcome Home Service allows you to have a worry free stay while you are home.  Some of the ideas to prepare your home are:

• Have the home cleaned with a professional cleaning company.

• Open up all blinds, curtains and shutters.

• Set the home temperature to your liking.

• Check the pool/lanai and prepare your arrival.

• Clean off and put the lanai and pool furniture out  

• Turn on all water and plumbing.

• Make sure all appliances are plugged in and operable.

• We can even offer our Concierge Services to stock your kitchen with your desired groceries that are requested.

EXIT

Nextdoor Neighbor's Exit Services allow you to leave with no concerns.  We can:

• Have the home cleaned with a professional cleaning company.

• Set home temperature to a standard departure temperature.

• Turn off all water and plumbing.

• Return the lanai and pool furniture to storage.

• Go back to homewatch service status
